In The Community

The Rotary Club of West Richmond is actively involved in many outreach projects throughout the region. From staging a 5k Run in December to Junior Achievement throughout the year, our members give time, effort and dollars to support our community.

Members of the West Richmond Rotary volunteer each year at the Richmond Folk Festival.  The fesitval often attracts more than 200,000 people to downtown Richmond's riverfront to celebrate the roots, richness and variety of American culture through music, dance traditional crafts, storytelling and food. The Richmond Folk Festival has become one of Virginia’s largest and most-loved events of the year and has been voted as the best musical festival in Richmond several years running.
